The cell phone protection pouch shields you from most of your cellphone’s radiation . Radiation goes out in the other direction, away from your body.

The bag has two compartments or pockets, and you can carry your cellphone in either one.

One will protect YOU from radiation but the phone can still connect with the cell tower. The other pocket will totally exclude radiation from getting to or from the phone. In this second pocket the phone will not work until you take it out of the bag.

Let me tell you how this works. Inside the pouch there are two sheets of radiation screening material. The pouch is designed so that you can put the cellphone between the two sheets, so that no signal reaches the phone or escapes from it.

OR you can put your phone inside the bag but not between the screening sheets. This way, your cellphone is screened on one side, the other side is unprotected.
